The team at this handicapped transportation service made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier for my family. My son recently started attending an after-school program, and their accessible van not only arrived on time every day but was equipped with features that put both him and me at ease, like secure wheelchair restraints and extra-wide doors. Their drivers were incredibly patient and always went out of their way to greet him warmly—something he really appreciated as someone who can get nervous in new situations. The communication from the staff was also exceptional; they kept me updated about schedules without me having to chase them down. I honestly don’t know how we would have managed his daily routine without their help.
